Balanced diet
Many people claim that a balanced diet keeps their lives healthy or
eating too much food can lead to obesity which is a risk for life. There are
other factors which contribute to healthy life. There is two side of argument
in this essay I will discuss the both side of argument.
A balanced diet is very important for our life. People who are
overweight and obese need go on a diet instead of eating too much food that is
high in fat or sugar content which is a risk to health. The high fat content is
the junk food such ad KFC this kind of food will kill the diet but Following a balanced diet must be
a part of your lifestyle and not just another diet
A balanced diet is not everything.
There are other factors which lead to healthy living. Regular exercise,
walking or running for 30 minutes or one hour and eating normally will lead you
to a healthy life. A balanced diet is important but not everything and there is
a danger in becoming a slave of food fads.
In conclusion, we should note the diet is not everything and we
should fox on the doing some sports. A balanced diet is very good for people
who are overweight or obese less important to people who are doing sports every
day.
